Shipping Time and Methods

We ship our string dolls and voodoo doll keychains domestically from the UK, USA, and Thailand.  All orders are sent by registered post with tracking.

United Kingdom and Ireland

Shipments are usually dispatched within 24hrs  (apart from weekends, in which case it will go out Monday) and are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded.   Average shipping time is 2-5 days.  All orders are sent by registered post with tracking.

United States, and Territories of the United States

Shipments are usually dispatched within 24hrs  (apart from weekends, in which case it will go out Monday) and are sent by USPS Priority Mail.  Average shipping time is 3-5 days to mainland United States and 1-2 weeks for other territories.  All orders are sent by registered post with tracking.

European Union

Shipments are usually dispatched within 48hrs  (apart from weekends, in which case it will go out Monday) and are sent by either Royal Mail International Zone Sort Priority or Thailand Post International Registered Small Packages.   Shipping time varies between 1-2 weeks.

All other International Orders (Including Australia and Canada)

Shipments are usually dispatched within 48hrs  (apart from weekends, in which case it will go out Monday) and are sent by either Royal Mail International Zone Sort Priority or Thailand Post International Registered Small Packages.  Shipping time varies between 1-3 weeks.

If you require expedited shipping

Please e-mail us for a quote on shipping and will give you quote. We will then e-mail you a new PayPal link for the increased shipping charges and make sure your order gets to you when you need it.

Returns

Any product that arrives in less than perfect condition or that you simply do not like may be returned for a full refund. To make a return, please send an e-mail within 3 days of receipt with: 1) your name 2) your PayPal receipt or order date and 3) a brief description of the nature of the problem to: [email protected]

We accept returns within 28days for either a credit or full refund.
